We manage apartments, villas, residential buildings, offices and retail units in Abu Dhabi for landlords, investors and portfolio owners, including owners who live outside the UAE. The company was founded in 2006 and works from its corporate office in Al Nahyan.
Everything is kept on file, from contracts and Tawtheeq registrations to inspection photos and correspondence, so the history of the property is there when a tenant changes or a decision has to be made.
