Tenancy disputes and evictions in Abu Dhabi

When rent goes unpaid, a tenant will not leave or there is a disagreement over damage, we advise you on how to act under Abu Dhabi tenancy law and, once you give the go-ahead, take it forward for you.

When things go wrong

Most disputes are settled by the paperwork.

A registered contract, dated notices, a signed handover report and a record of every repair: when a disagreement reaches a committee, that file is what counts. We keep it from the first day of every tenancy we manage, and help you act on it when something goes wrong.

The service in detail

Rental dispute and eviction support in Abu Dhabi

We support landlords through rental disputes in Abu Dhabi, from late or unpaid rent and damage claims to disagreements at renewal and tenants who stay past the end of a contract.

We start by reviewing the tenancy contract and records and explaining your options and the steps involved. Once you decide how to proceed, we act on your instructions: preparing and delivering notices, gathering the documents the case needs, and following it through to the rental dispute committee where necessary. Evictions follow the legal process: a valid reason, proper notice and, where needed, a committee decision.

You stay in control throughout: nothing is sent or filed without your approval. If a case needs formal representation before the committee or a court, we arrange it with a licensed legal representative. Owners can also ask us about their obligations under Abu Dhabi tenancy law and Tawtheeq registration.
